    Yuki Tsunoda was left with “blended emotions” after ending twelfth within the Japanese Grand Prix, having hoped for extra from his debut Pink Bull weekend.

    Tsunoda was promoted from Racing Bulls to Pink Bull following the Chinese language Grand Prix, with Liam Lawson headed in the other way, along with his dwelling race weekend initially getting off to a promising begin.

    Having proven tempo sturdy sufficient for the highest 10 all through the Free Observe classes, an error within the second part of Qualifying left him fifteenth quickest, one place behind Lawson – though these placings improved by one after Carlos Sainz was penalised for impeding Lewis Hamilton.

    Within the race, Tsunoda moved previous Lawson and Pierre Gasly – one other former Pink Bull driver – to cross the road in twelfth, 58 seconds behind his race-winning crew mate Max Verstappen.
