Sophie Cunningham is defending her teammate Caitlin Clark, each on and off the court docket.
The Indiana Fever guard Cunningham debuted her new podcast this week. The podcast is known as “Present Me One thing” and options each Cunningham and co-host West Wilson.
Within the inaugural episode launched on Wednesday, Cunningham went off on a profane rant towards these disrespecting her famous person teammate Clark. Specifically, Cunningham took exception to those that make the declare that Clark is someway not the face of the WNBA.
“It actually p-sses me off when individuals are like, ‘She’s not the face of the league,’” Cunningham said of Clark. “What? There’s actually good well-known folks in our league. I’m not discrediting them. Like, we’ve loads of bad-sses in our league. Hell yeah to that. I’m all for that.
“However when folks attempt to argue that [Clark] just isn’t the face of our league or if our league can be the place we’re at with out her, you’re dumb as s–t,” Cunningham added. “You’re actually dumb as f–okay.”
