    Charley Hull rallies to win Kroger Queen City Championship

    MAINEVILLE, Ohio — Charley Hull took benefit of top-ranked Jeeno Thitikul’s final-hole placing meltdown Sunday to win the Kroger Queen Metropolis Championship.

    Thitikul — a stroke forward after Hull bogeyed the par-4 seventeenth — four-putted the par-5 18th from about 50 toes, lacking a 5-footer and a 3-foot comebacker. Hull two-putted from about 30 toes, making a 2-footer for the victory.

    “I wasn’t actually watching her putt for birdie as a result of I believed she was going to gap it,” Hull stated. “Then, yeah, I suppose it isn’t over till the fats woman sings, however I used to be shaking over that final putt as a result of I simply did not count on it.”

    Hull closed with a 4-under 68 to complete at 20-under 268 at TPC River’s Bend. The 29-year-old English participant received her third LPGA Tour title and first since 2022. She additionally has 4 victories on the Girls European Tour.
