    Ladies’s Rugby World Cup stars Braxton Sorensen-McGee and Emblem-I-Pulotu Lemapu-Atai’i Sylvia Brunt have been named within the Black Ferns Sevens’ 15-player squad for worldwide fixtures at Ignite7 in Tauranga this weekend.

    After a powerful season with the Blues in Tremendous Rugby Aupiki, Sorensen-McGee scored a first-half double within the inaugural Champions Closing towards the NSW Waratahs, and backed that up with two tries on debut for the Black Ferns towards the Wallaroos in Newcastle.
