    Akie Iwai atop CPKC Women’s Open, days after first LPGA win

    MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — Akie Iwai was proper again on high of the leaderboard within the CPKC Ladies’s Open on Thursday, 4 days after her breakthrough victory within the Portland Traditional.

    Iwai closed her afternoon spherical at Mississaugua Golf and Nation Membership with birdies on the par-4 eighth and ninth holes for a 7-under 64 and a two-stroke lead.
