Tuesday’s sport between the Indiana Fever and the Connecticut Solar received ugly in a rush.
Through the third quarter of the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup contest at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Fever famous person Caitlin Clark was being defended by Solar guard Jacy Sheldon. As Clark was dribbling the ball contained in the three-point arc, Sheldon caught Clark within the eye along with her hand.
Clark then proceeded to present Sheldon a shove, which led to Solar teammate Marina Mabrey retaliating in opposition to Clark. Mabrey pushed Clark all the way down to the bottom earlier than referees stepped in to intervene.
