    Lewis Hamilton described Friday apply on the Spanish Grand Prix as “not enjoyable” after failing to characteristic within the prime 10 for FP2 when the chequered flag fell in Barcelona.

    The Ferrari driver has had an up and down season thus far and that continued on Friday in Spain as his top-three tempo from first apply disappeared within the second session and he slumped to P11 – 0.773s off the tempo.

    Requested how he can use his expertise to inspire the staff via a tough spell, Hamilton added: “I wouldn’t say that I’m motivating the staff in the mean time. You simply hold your head down and hold working away. You simply don’t hand over. You retain going, you retain pushing, you retain making an attempt to give attention to fixing the problems, which we’ll attempt to do.
